A Southeast Asian take on a Rye Old Fashioned cocktail. Created by my friend, Kevin S.
- 2 oz. Rittenhouse Rye, infused with toasted purple rice
- 1/4 oz. pandan syrup, or 1/2 oz. Kota pandan liqueur
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine and stir the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Serve over a large ice cube in a lowball glass.
